3. Choose Your Level of Support

You decide how we continue: Light format You receive vendor contacts and continue communication independently. Full service We take over planning, coordination, and execution of the event.

4. Agreement & Reservation

For full-service projects: we confirm the scope of work sign an agreement a 30% deposit is made to secure vendors, dates, and locations

5. Final Coordination & Event Day

final confirmations are completed before the event the remaining balance is settled prior to the event day we coordinate all agreed services and ensure smooth execution If any vendors work under special conditions, these are always: discussed in advance approved by the client paid separately only upon agreement
